Instead, his family is mourning while fighting for the truth. They are still waiting for answers, accountability, and justice. Even Lorenzo's body has not been returned to his loved ones.
We invite organizations, faith communities, unions, advocates, artists, and community members to join a growing national effort to honor Lorenzo's life and demand justice.

Demands:
A full and transparent investigation into Lorenzo's death.
The release of Lorenzo's body to his family.
Protection for witnesses.
Accountability for those responsible.
An end to ICE violence and impunity.
Stop the killings. Tell the truth. Justice for Lorenzo.

"I have heard firsthand about the inhumane conditions detainees are being subjected to in these detention centers. Any and all legislation to force them to adhere to CA state health and safety standards must be passed. So please vote yes on SB995. The local governments are not getting it done. We need our state government to be the firewall against federal overreach they were intended to be.”
